Situated in different locations of Sherpur, over the years, the company has played a crucial role in supplying high-quality bricks for construction projects across the region.

Key Highlights

Brick Field Operations & Production:

  • The company initially operated eight brick fields, each producing approximately 6,000,000 Class-1 bricks per year.
  • The fields comprised a mix of owned and leased lands, ensuring steady production and supply.
  • In line with government regulations promoting eco-friendly production, traditional kilns were upgraded to the more energy-efficient Zig-Zag Kiln system, reducing environmental impact while improving production efficiency.

Current Operations & Capacity:

  • Sensing the market shift towards eco-friendly building material and following the demise of the Founder Chairman, the following four brick fields were shut down and demolished in 2022.
  • Zihan Zig-Zag Unit-1 & 2 (Operation period: 1980~2022)
    • Located in Dibar Par, Kaldapara, Sherpur, on 28 acres of land.
  • Zihan Zig-Zag Unit-3 & 4 (Operation period: 20000~2022)
    • Situated in Dadna Kaliganj, Sherpur, covering 10 acres.
  • Zihan Zig-Zag Unit-5 & 6 (Operation period: 2005~2022)
    • Located in Joynimura, Sherpur, with a land area of 11 acres.
  • Currently, two brick fields remain operational:
    • Zihan Zig-Zag Unit-7 & 8 (Established: 2010)
    • Based in Sunanpur, Balijuri, Sherpur, occupying 20 acres
    • Producing a total of 8,160,000 Class-1 bricks and 1,440,000 Class-2 bricks annually.
  • The current annual brick production reflects the company's solid foothold and continued strength in the construction materials sector, supported by consistent demand and reliable production capacity.
